Here, young people aged 12–29 can access the supports they need, all in one place. Whether you’re looking for mental health services, help with housing, or just someone to talk to — Becket St. John’s is where you go to be and to grow.
This hub is operated by Choices for Youth and proudly serves the youth of St. John’s and surrounding areas.

Our Services

Mental Health
Get support for anxiety, depression, stress, and more — with access to therapists, counsellors, and peer supports.
Housing Support
If you’re experiencing homelessness or housing instability, we’re here to help you find safe, stable options.
Primary Care
Harm reduction-focused support, counselling, and referrals for substance use concerns.
Employment
Get support with resumes, job searches, training, and education upgrades — plus access certifications and training like First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, ASIST, and Crisis Intervention.
Community
Connect with your community and peers who understand your experiences.
Whether you need a quick conversation or longer-term support, Becket can help you figure out your next steps.
